Who are we?

We are an adult community trampoline and tumbling gymnastics team comprised of members and collegiate students from the greater Phoenix area. Our team is trailblazing a path for young adults to continue competing the sport of TNT after graduating high school where opportunities are far and few between. We are also comprised of members who have no experience to those with an artistic gymnastics background. We participate in the National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs (NAIGC) organization and we recently competed in their national competition in Birmingham, Alabama April 8-11.

We are a self-funded team and raise most of our funds through hosting TNT competitions and helping out other gyms with their competitions. While we have done well fundraising the past few years, our team is growing and could always use the extra help. Donations of any kind are welcome and graciously accepted as we continue to flip our way into a new season. We are also opening up adult open gyms as another way to raise funds. Participants of the adult open gym will need to show a current AAU membership along with an active health insurance card. Our open gyms are designed to provide a structured warm-up, stretch and basic gymnastic skills instruction followed by supervised free time to work on the skills and events you want.
